I seek out local resources and shop at Farmer's Markets for the best quality seasonal ingredients for every menu.
Being a Private Chef gives me the opportunity to bring delicious, healthy, seasonal food from the community to the family for whom I work. With experience as a Pastry Chef as well as a Kitchen Manager, I bring not only professional Private experience but professional restaurant experience as well.
