I cater events, baby and wedding showers, and parties.  Together we discuss the event and create the menu.  If the party is 25 people or more, I will bring additional staff to assist in serving and clean up.  I have access to great servers, and bartenders.  I contract with equipment, serving ware and seating vendors.
