My experience includes being a Pastry Chef, Head Chef, Personal, and Private Chef.  I'm ServeSafe Certified and have had management positions in both the hotel and restaurant industries.   I’ve provided my chef services for numerous celebrities, CEOs and politicians.  I cater private parties, social and community events and black tie fundraisers. I’ve cooked regional dishes while residing and visiting in France, Spain, Morocco, Japan and Mexico.  I've been a Private Chef for a family with a vegan, non-gluten, organic vegetarian life style. I developed my expertise through extensive work experience, continual education and thorough study under a well known Chef.   I constantly strive to provide a variety of extremely high quality menu plans and to exceed my clientele’s expectations with each and every meal.   I have experience managing properties and staff and with a full time position, am prepared to handle all aspects of household and estate management.
